Pitco Parts was established in 1918 by JC Pitman and is currently based out of Concord, NH. Pitco Specializes in the manufacturing of high-quality fryers, Food Equipment parts rethermalizers and pasta cookers. Pitco parts are commonly used in fryers, rethermalizers, and pasta cookers.  In order to improve the quality of fried food, in 1918, J.C. Pitman discovered that settling particles of food in a fryer could be kept away from the hottest part of the kettle. That is why pitco parts came into existence.
