Vulcan Hart :
For 150 years, Vulcan has been recognized by chefs and operators throughout the world. Vulcan is associated with the Vulcan food equipment group and is a division of the ITW Food Equipment group. Vulcan Hart traces their history to a foundry in 1865 that made cooking stoves, later becoming the Hart Manufacturing Company. The Vulcan Gas Heating Company was formed in 1890, and both companies survived through the 20th century until they merged in 1949.
