Burners Do Not Light

If cooker's burners are not lighting even after the main gas supply valve, the gas valve and power switch are verified to be ON, then you need to check for other possible causes. They may include:

Ignition module lockout.

If the burners are failed to light within four seconds, check for ignition module lockout. You can find it with the indicator like red trouble light on the control panel is illuminated. To fix this, turn the controller OFF and remove the control panel by removing screws at the upper corners. If there are 2 ignition modules, you will have to verify the blown fuses and replace them as necessary.

Next, close the control panel and power back ON and wait for a few minutes to check the burner's light.

Dirty water level sensors.

If there is no sufficient water in the cookpot, it doesn't allow the burners to fire. Hence, remove the probe block cover and clean the sensors with a solution of detergent & water and scotchbrite or a similar pad. Make sure you do not use deliming solution for cleaning the sensors.

Failed controller/ ignition module/ gas valve/  loose wiring.

In addition to the above, you need to verify all these components. And, replace any components if there is a necessity.

ON Unit with Autofill, but Water Did Not Shut Off When Cookpot was Full

Check the water level sensors.

Sometimes insufficient mineral content also caused this issue. If so, add 1/8 cup of baking soda to the water in the cookpot as the cooker fills. Salt should not be used as it may damage the cookpot. Also, try to avoid using highly filtered, distilled or deionized water.

If there is any fault with the upper water level sensor, sensor wiring or water solenoid valve. Take the appropriate actions with the help of FAS.
